Depending on the quoted Incoterms, import duties and taxes may be payable by the recipient. We can quote DDP (duties paid) on request so there are no surprises at delivery.
A tracking number is provided for every shipment as soon as it leaves our facility.
Custom-branded products cannot be returned for change of mind. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund for the affected quantity.
