These Terms of Service govern your use of soonwaygroup.com and your purchase of products from Soonway. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All prices shown are net prices in US dollars unless stated otherwise, excluding setup charges and shipping. Quotations are valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed once you approve the final artwork proof and payment is received.
We provide a digital proof for every custom order. Production begins only after your written approval of the proof. You are responsible for the accuracy of approved artwork, including spelling and logo usage rights.
Standard production time is 7–15 business days after proof approval, plus shipping time. Lead times are estimates; we will notify you promptly of any delay.
We accept bank transfer and other methods agreed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, orders require payment before production or a deposit with balance due before shipment.
Shipping terms (such as DDP, DAP, or FOB) are stated on each quotation. Risk of loss transfers according to the agreed Incoterms. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Because products are custom-made, returns are accepted only for defective items or errors on our part. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will replace defective goods or refund the affected quantity.
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logos or artwork you submit. Website content, including the Soonway name and logo, may not be reproduced without permission.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
